The Costume Institute Gala (as we know it the "Met Ball" or the "Met Gala") took place in New York for the new (and by far the most intriguing) fashion exhibit - Impossible Conversations. Some were dressed as fine as it could get and some (as always) flunked. While I was sleeping as a sheep, Vogue covered it live (for the first time). And right now instead of working I am writing this post (cause you know, I love you guys so much).

Without further ado, I give you the Met Gala!

(Costume Institute Gala (bizim bildiğimiz üzere "Met Ball" veya "Met Gala") dün akşam Metropolitan'ın yeni (ve bence en ilgi çekici) moda sergisi - Impossible Conversations için New York'ta yapıldı. Bazı katılanlar harika giyinmişlerken bazıları (her zamanki gibi) sınıfta kaldılar. Ben kuzu kuzu uyurken Vogue kırmızı halıyı canlı olarak yayınladı (hem de ilk defa!). Ve ben de şimdi çalışmak yerine bu postu yazıyorum (çünkü sizleri çok seviyorum).)

Print dresses and more

Yello. I hope you're having a great day. I just returned from the perfect weekend getaway with friends. Even though my luggage for the weekend did not include any print dresses, my plan for this summer is to wear lots and lots of prints. These dresses really made me want to put on a similar one, but the air conditioning in our plaza is coo-coo right now and I would most definitely freeze to death even with a good knit or a jacket. So I am leaving the print dress for mid-may and kissing you goodbye.

(Merhabalar. Umarım harika bir gün geçiriyorsunuzdur. Ben arkadaşlarımla mükemmel bir haftasonu kaçamağından döndüm. Her ne kadar bu haftasonu çantamın içinde renkli baskılı elbiseler olmasa da, bu yaz için planım oldukça renkli elbiseler giymek. Resimlerdeki elbiselere inanılmaz özeniyorum ama plazamızdaki klimalar o kadar delirmiş durumda ki üzerimde hırka veya ceketle bile bu tip bir elbise giyersem donarak ölebilirim. O yüzden bu elbise hayallerimi mayıs ortasına bırakarak size hoşçakal öpücüğü veriyorum.)

Allison Williams - Could she ever be the next it girl?

The other day I was watching "Girls" (which is not a show to watch at the office) and I thought "Allison Williams is really beautiful". And coincidentally, RCFA posted her picture wearing Donna Karan. She's not quite there yet, but I see great potential here. She might be the next it girl (of course for that to actually happen Girls must be a hit (and yet again I have no doubt that it will)). So I suggest you keep your eyes open for that girl.

(Geçen gün Girls adlı diziyi izliyordum (ve uyarıyorum bu dizi kesinlikle ofiste izlenecek bir dizi değil) ve içinden "Allison Williams gerçekten çok güzel." dedim. Ve tesadüfe bakın ki, aynı gün RCFA Allison'un giydiği Donna Karan elbisenin resmini koydu. Bence tam olarak "pişmedi" ama ben nedense büyük potansiyel görüyorum. Bence bir sonraki "it girl" olabilir (tabiki bunun olması için Girls dizisinin hit olması lazım (ki benim bundan hiç şüphem yok)). O yüzden size önerim bu kızı takip etmeniz.)
